Campaigns
The EFP runs a series of health-education campaigns, sponsored by its partners, covering issues including the links between periodontal diseases and diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and pregnancy complications. For clinicians, the federation has provided a detailed toolkit on the implementation of the latest classification of periodontal and peri-implant diseases and conditions. And every 12 May, the EFP and its affiliated national societies of periodontology organise a set of activities for the awareness-raising Gum Health Day.
