Prioritising evidence-based periodontitis treatment
Based on the scientific outcomes of recent Perio Workshop meetings, the EFP has started producing a set of S3-level clinical practice guidelines. These provide oral-healthcare professionals all over the world with precise therapeutic pathways based on individual patient diagnoses, and to make recommendations on specific interventions to get the best possible treatment results for patients with periodontitis and peri-implant diseases.
