When and where will EuroPerio11 be held?
EuroPerio11 will take place from May 14-17, 2025 at Messe Wien, Vienna, Austria.
Where can I register for EuroPerio11?
You can register via our online form here. Only credit card payment is possible during online registration.
What is included in the registration fee for EuroPerio11?
The registration fee includes
- participation in the scientific programme (incl. sponsor sessions)
- congress materials
- official coffee breaks
- attendance at Opening & Welcome Reception
- admission to the exhibition
- public transportation ticket for four days
- certificate of attendance incl. reference to CPD credits after the congress
- free virtual access to live stream and on-demand videos of selected scientific sessions (on-demand recordings will be accessible for a limited time after the congress)
What if I am registered and cannot travel to Vienna short-notice?
EuroPerio11 will be produced with a hybrid backup. The EFP has decided to upgrade all delegate registrations with complimentary virtual access at no additional cost. This way you have the chance to watch live sessions remotely in case you cannot participate in person and even watch recorded sessions on-demand in case you were not able to attend a particular session or simply want to re-watch. Live streams will be provided from the four main session halls: Plenary Hall C, Hall A1, Hall A2, and Strauss, covering all official EuroPerio11 sessions (excluding sponsor sessions). Recorded sessions will be available on-demand for approximately one month post-congress.
I want to register a group – who can I contact?
Group registration is possible if your company/institute invites several participants to EuroPerio11 and needs one collective invoice for the registrations. Please drop us an email including the information how many registrations you would like to book at europerio@mondial-congress.com.
Are there any group discounts?
Discounted fees for groups are available if your group size exceeds 50 delegates (only applicable for EFP Member and Non Member registration fees). For further information please contact us at europerio@mondial-congress.com.

How can I submit an abstract?
Abstract submission is now closed.
Do I need to be registered if I want my accepted abstract to be published?
Yes, you have to be registered for the conference. Registration will open on September 2, 2024 and you can register here.
Will EuroPerio11 be CME accredited?
EuroPerio11 will be accredited for at least 22.5 continuing education hours. The certification of continuing education hours is subject to your actual live session attendance and will be stated on your certificate of attendance which you will receive by email after the event.
As the CPD/education credit systems vary from country to country, please contact your respective National Society of Periodontology for more information on the conversion and accreditation of these education hours in your country.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance for EuroPerio11?
Your Certificate of Attendance will be sent to you by e-mail after the congress.

Do you offer childcare during EuroPerio11?
There will be childcare offered for children from 3 to 12 years old. Pre-registration is required, but registration on-site is possible if there are still free spots. Please find the opening times during EuroPerio11 and more information here.
Do you offer discounted rates for participants from emerging economies?
The EFP offers all participants from emerging economies according to World Bank Classification “low-income” and “lower-middle-income” to register for the reduced EFP Member fee.
