Abstract submission

Please find the different abstract categories below. Depending on how your abstract has been allocated, identifiy the necessary information for you.

Oral Session

If your abstract has been accepted as an Oral presentation you will receive more information for the upload of your presentation in May.

Please note that your presentation should be of 12 minutes duration (8 minutes presentation and 4 minutes discussion). 

Oral Video Session

If your abstract has been accepted as for an Oral video presentation you will receive more information for the upload of your presentation in May.

Please note that your presentation should be of 15 minutes duration (10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes discussion).
As you are part of an Oral video session, we ask you to fulfil the video presentation criterion. 
At least 70-80% of your presentation should be based on clinical videos.

Poster discussion

If your abstract has been accepted for an e-Poster discussion you will receive the upload link & e-poster template on April 20th.

Please note that your presentation should be of 8 minutes duration (4 minutes presentation and 4 minutes discussion). 
Poster discussions will take place in the Poster Lounge of EuroPerio10. 
The Poster Lounge is located in the Exhibition Hall C. All posters are available for viewing on e-terminals.

E-Poster

If your abstract has been accepted as an e-Poster, you will receive the upload link & e-poster template on April 20th.

All e-Posters will be displayed at digital terminals in the Poster Lounge. The Poster Lounge is located in Exhibition Hall C.
Please note that there is no specific timeslot to present your e-Poster. 
You can interact with other delegates through the online e-Poster terminal if you want to arrange a presentation.
