EFP launches special app for Perio Master Clinic 2019

The EFP and its professional congress organiser Mondial Congress & Events have launched a special application for mobile devices for the forthcoming Perio Master Clinic 2019 in Hong Kong.

The application offers a wide range of features including a detailed and searchable scientific programme for the two-day master clinic, information about the speakers and moderators, plus details of the sponsors and exhibitors and other useful information. A floor plan will be added at a later stage.

Interactive features include a networking function for chatting with fellow attendees and posting on the event’s social-media wall, and “My Congress”, in which participants can create their personal programmes, appointments, and view all notes taken during the event.

Perio Master Clinic 2019 – devoted to the prevention and treatment of soft- and hard-tissue defects in relation to peri-implantitis – takes place at the Harbour Grand Kowloon hotel in Hong Kong on March 1 and 2, 2019.

The launch of a dedicated application for Perio Master Clinic 2019 follows the similar EuroPerio9 App which was created for the EuroPerio9 congress held in Amsterdam in June.

In both cases, the event application is positioned as an “app within the app”, sitting inside the EFP App, which was launched in March and can be downloaded from the Apple Store for IOS smartphones and tablets and from Google Play for Android devices.

Once the EFP App has been installed, users can use it to download the dedicated app for the Hong Kong master clinic.

The EFP App has now been downloaded by nearly 9,000 users who, as well as being able to use the application to access material on the EFP.org website, receive regular notifications about EFP news and publications.
