Integration Science into Everyday Practice Conference

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Organising Committee for the Australian Society of Periodontology (ASP) and the Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS) Biennial Conference Sydney 2022, we would love for you to join us in Sydney from 17 – 20 August 2022. This will be a first ever joint conference of the AOS and ASP in Australia and promises to be a gala event not to be missed.

The Biennial Conferences of both ASP and AOS have established themselves as premiere periodontal and implant events which brings together opinion leaders from around the world. The gathering in 2022 will attract practitioners from all fields of dentistry given this will be a unique combined event of the two Societies. It will be an event to look forward to given the lack of any conferences for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Hopefully the vaccination process would have been completed. The organising committee is mindful of the pandemic and is also actively exploring the options of having an hybrid event wherein there will still be a face to face component in an unlikely event of another outbreak. The scientific program promises to bring you a high calibre of speakers coupled with outstanding networking opportunities.

The theme for the conference is “Integrating Science into Everyday Practice”. We feel that this conference will encompass all aspects of treatment planning, management and continuing strategies to further enhance patient care. Our delegates will consist of general dentists, dentists with special interest in implant dentistry, periodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, prosthodontists, dental technicians, and oral hygienists/therapists.
